  • Clear drain line(s) and add drain solution to the drain lines.

  • Test motors

  • Test capacitors under load

  • Rinse down the outdoor condensing coil

  • Clean debris from the outdoor condensing unit

  • Clean and de-grease the condensing unit and housing

  • Replace batteries in the thermostat

  • Replace customer-provided filters

  • Clean burners

  • Inspect the heat exchanger

  • Clean flame sensor

  • Inspection of ductwork

  • Inspection of all safety and limit switches

  • Inspect ignition system and safety controls—clean and adjust as needed
