Clear drain line(s) and add drain solution to the drain lines.
Test motors
Test capacitors under load
Rinse down the outdoor condensing coil
Clean debris from the outdoor condensing unit
Clean and de-grease the condensing unit and housing
Replace batteries in the thermostat

Inspect the heat exchanger
