Details on who is eligible
All qualified first responders and members of the five military branches, we’re so inspired by your courageous and selfless service to America, that we’d like to give something back. See below for eligibility requirements for receiving a $300 bonus on any full Trane replacement unit and $150 off any complete Rheem full replacement system.
Full replacement unit - means the complete system (indoor, outdoor, heater, and thermostat)

Proof of Service Required for Discount
To take advantage of our special discounts for military personnel, veterans, and first responders, customers must provide valid proof of service. Acceptable forms of verification include:
Military ID or Veteran ID Card
First Responder ID (Police, Fire, EMT, etc.)
Department-issued Credentials or Badge
Please present your proof at the time of service or before payment to receive your discount. This ensures we can honor our appreciation for your service while keeping our process fair and efficient.
Affordable Air Experts, will pay $300 Military and First Responders Bonus for qualified active duty U.S. Military service members, U.S. Military Veterans (Veterans must be within 24 months of active duty), U.S. Military retirees, First Responders (Police Officer, Sheriff/Sherriff’s Deputy, State Trooper, Firefighter, EMT, Paramedic, who purchase a new, complete Trane system for their home/office. We will pay $150 with the purchase of a complete Rheem system for their home/office. Proof of military/first-responder eligibility and residency for a family household member is required.
A $300 discount on a Trane replacement system or a $150 discount on a Rheem replacement system will be applied to the final invoice and is not available for cash.
