🎁 Affordable Air Experts Gives Back: Supporting Pendleton Place This Season

At Affordable Air Experts, we believe that comfort goes beyond heating and cooling — it’s about caring for our community. This season, we’re proud to announce our Pendleton Place Giveaway, an effort to give back to local families in need and support the incredible work being done right here in the Upstate.

This initiative started with a simple conversation. A friend told us that a local young adult shelter was in desperate need of a new HVAC system, but the cost was just not in their budget. Knowing the heart behind our company, this friend immediately thought of us. It was one of those full-circle moments — the kind that reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

Being able to step in, lend a hand, and provide comfort to young people who need it most is an honor we don’t take lightly. Our goal is to ensure the shelter stays safe, warm, and welcoming for every individual who walks through its doors.

Pendleton Place is a Greenville-based nonprofit that provides vital services to children and families in crisis. Their mission is to protect, equip, and empower children, young adults, and families so they can build safe and stable lives. From foster care support to family resource centers, Pendleton Place helps create brighter futures for those who need it most.

🎉 What We Did - 💙 What Affordable Air Experts Did for Pendleton Place

When we learned that the young adult shelter at Pendleton Place was struggling with outdated, failing HVAC equipment — and had no budget for replacement — we knew we had to step in.

Our team at Affordable Air Experts removed the old units, properly disposed of them, and installed brand new air conditioning units, a cooling coil, and a gas furnace. Now, the teens and young adults who rely on this shelter can experience the same warmth, comfort, and safety that so many of us often take for granted.

Because the truth is simple: Being born is the biggest lottery any of us will ever play.
None of us gets to choose the circumstances we arrive in —
Will our parents be amazing?

Will there be food?
Will they be present? Help with homework?
Will there be two parents… or one? Or will there be none?
Will we be safe? Have a home?
Will there be love — or will there be pain, abuse?

These young people didn’t get to choose their beginnings. But we can choose to help make their present — and their future — a little brighter, a little safer, and a lot more comfortable.

And that’s exactly why we do what we do.
